Policies and Useful Information


Please take care to size your ring, wrist or necklace correctly using the tools on my sizing page.
I endeavor to make each piece correctly, if you receive your order and it's incorrectly sized, please contact me to arrange for it to be fixed. If you gave me the size and it is the size you received, but it doesn't fit, please get in touch and I can fix it for a small fee (please note that you will need to pay for shipping back and forth).


Your pieces are finished to your specification, choose from a high shine or a satin matte finish. I can also patina your pieces (if the design allows for it). Please visit my finishes page to see the different options available and what they look like.

Returns and Refunds

Seel Return Assurance

For personalized items such as cufflinks that have been hand stamped, engraved or 3D printed with your customization, I have partnered with Seel to offer Return Assurance.

You’ll have the option to return eligible custom items for a refund by adding Return Assurance at checkout. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.

All standard return policies apply to eligible item(s).The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

To initiate a return, please email Silver Sculptor at thesilversculptor@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Silver Sculptor will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. We will deduct the standard $4 return shipping fee from your refund when processing the return.

Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of Return Assurance is nonrefundable.
If the piece is defective, or incorrect, then please contact me to discuss. Please note however, that each piece is made by me by hand, it's not manufactured in any way, therefore there may be small discrepancies, eg, a letter or number may be stamped slightly off center. This is not classed as a defect, it's simply the handmade aspect of the product and adds to the charm. 

Other Returns

For all other items, I offer a full refund (minus shipping). Please email me within  14 days of receiving the piece Silver Sculptor will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. We will deduct the standard $4 return shipping fee from your refund when processing the return.

Shipping and Timelines

I need 1-2 weeks to make each piece after I have received the order from you, so please ensure that you consider that into your timeframe. However, more often than not I can make the jewelry (so long as I have the materials in stock) within 1-2 days. Please see my shipping and timelines page for further information. Please email me if you need your item by a specific date and I will work with you to get it to you in time!
Please note that I will only ship to the billing address, even if you supply me with a different shipping address. This is due to credit card fraud and Silver Sculptor is covering any losses that may be incurred.



I cannot control how long your order will take to get through customs or if it gets lost. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note that I cannot be responsible for any customs, duty or taxes that may be incurred on orders sent internationally.

Occasionally packages may get delayed through no fault of my own, please let me know if you have any issues with your package and I will try to resolve the problem.

I ship only after payment is received in full. 

Damaged Jewelry

I cannot accept responsibility for jewelry that has been damaged due to misuse. However, if you feel you have a defective piece (eg, the cufflink mechanism has come away from the front), please get in touch with me: thesilversculptor@gmail.com

Canceling Orders

You may cancel an order so long as I have not started to create your jewelry. I will refund you the cost of the piece and shipping. Please contact me ASAP to arrange this: thesilversculptor.com
